HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Heating and handling should be done by an adult.
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES
Microwaves have varying power levels. Most microwaves are between 700W and 1000W. If you know your microwave wattage, see the guidelines below.
ADULT MICROWAVE GUIDELINES
850-1000w microwave - 1 1/2 minutes
700w microwave - 2 minutes
FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND PETS
We suggest starting as low as 30 seconds to start, and then increasing the microwave time in 15 second increments until your reach your comfort and safety level. (usually no longer than 1 minute total) Please note that heat absorption is not immediate. Please allow the warm wheat bag time to evenly distribute the heat through the cover.
DO NOT USE CONVECTION MICROWAVE OVEN
Convection microwaves heat from the outside in unlike a regular microwave oven that heats from the inside out. We do not suggest using a convection microwave oven as it may burn the wheat.
**Please make sure that the Wheat Bag is completely cooled down before reheating.**
COOLING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the wheat bag in a plastic ziploc freezer bag and then place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours or more.
*DO NOT place the wheat bag into the microwave directly from the freezer. Please make sure that the wheat bag is room temperature before heating.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
The cute outer cover is made from hearty fleece material and is removable which makes it very easy to clean.
For best results, handwash in cold water with detergent, rinse totally then hang or lay flat to dry.
Spot clean by using a lightly dampened sponge.
DO NOT wash the inner cotton wheat bag.
Do not use fabric softner on fleece.
**NOTE** The product we sell has been tested. The wheat bags and covers are tested in a microwave, heated at maximum time before they go out to be sold.

- Take the fleece cover off the wheat bag.
- Place the wheat bag in the center of your microwave oven (fold in half if needed)
- Place a coffee cup with about a centimeter of water in it, next to the wheat bag whilst heating. This will keep the grains moist to prevent them from drying out and burning.
- Set your microwave time according to the guidelines below.
- Make sure that your turntable is working properly and that your wheat bag rotates freely to ensure even temperature distribution.
- Do not leave the product unattended while heating.
- Place your wheat bag back into the fleece cover and enjoy. USE CAUTION when handling cotton wheat bag directly from the microwave as it may be hot. Please note that heat absorption is not immediate. Please allow the warm wheat bag time to evenly distribute the heat through the cover.
